How CrashX rounds are decided, how cash outs are paid and how wallets, deposits, withdrawals and account recovery work.
How is the crash multiplier decided?
Every round's crash point is generated on our servers from a seed before the round starts. It is stored server-side and is never sent to any player's device while the round is in progress, so nobody can see the result in advance.
Can my bet change the outcome?
No. The crash point is drawn independently of who has placed a bet and how much. Bets never influence the result.
What happens if I don't cash out in time?
If the rocket crashes before you cash out, the stake for that round is lost. If you cash out first, your stake is multiplied by the multiplier shown at that moment.
What is auto cash out?
You can set a target multiplier before the round. When the multiplier reaches it, your bet is cashed out automatically, even if you are not watching.
Which wallets can I use?
You can play with demo coins, a PKR wallet funded through JazzCash or Easypaisa, or a USDT wallet on the TRC20 network. Your selected wallet is the one used for bets and payouts.
How long do deposits take?
Manual deposits are reviewed by our team. Submit the amount, your own sender name and number, and a screenshot of the payment; once approved, the balance is credited to your selected wallet and appears in your transaction history.
How do withdrawals work?
Request a withdrawal from your wallet page. Our team reviews it and pays out to the details you provided; approved payouts include a reference, and rejected ones come with a reason and never deduct a balance.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter the email or mobile number on your account and we send a verification code to your registered email, then you can set a new password.
Can I log in with my mobile number?
Yes. The login field accepts either the mobile number or the email address registered on your account.
How do referrals pay out?
Share your invite link. When someone signs up through it and makes an approved deposit, a commission is credited to your referral balance, which you can transfer into your own wallet at any time.
